As we said in part 1 of mobilizing your advocate community, brands with the most successful programs are actively involved in engaging their advocate community. Audenticity provides you with tools to easily reach out to your advocates and keep them engaged.
Messages and Notifications
You can reach out and initiate conversations with any of your engaged advocates (advocates who signed up through your landing page, favorited one of your products or your store, or created a trackable link) directly. Advocates will get a daily notification of any messages they've received. You will also be notified when they respond to you. If you would like to reward your top advocates with special promo codes or gift them free products, use this chat feature to get their attention.
How To
- Go to My Advocates.
- Click the “...” under Actions next to the Advocate you want to message.
- Click Send a message.
If you have a more general announcement, such as a rare sale or a rare new product launch, you can send an email to all your advocates. If you offer a lot of sales, we suggest telling us to include it in notifications, but for rare events, feel free to send your advocates an email. This mass email functionality allows you to reach all your advocates without sending one-on-one emails.
